INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The information provided by you may be transferred internationally to Disguise Group and third parties for its processing subject to the requirements established by the legislation applicable in each country or region, and to the international agreements, where the different Disguise Group entities operate.
In this regard, the Disguise Group, either as Data Processor and/or Data Controller, will protect your rights in the international transfer of personal information to third countries, and will, in observance, at all times, of Disguise Group’s security standards and the applicable legislation in this matter.
Likewise, Disguise Group also considers the application of the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) that offer adequate guarantees in case of transfers between Disguise Group companies, which would be applicable in the countries where BCRs is an adequate instrument for international transfers according to the applicable legislation. This includes (but is not limited to) parties providing IT administration services and hosting services, and our sales partners who, we believe, will be able to best serve you in respect of the provision of our products and services.
We believe that in many situations, such as when we transfer contact details to our sales partners, that this is necessary for the performance of a contract and to ultimately provide you with a high level of services and goods. Otherwise, if we cannot transfer such Data in that way, then our sales partners will be, for example, unable to contact and/or deliver services to you.
