NHL on TNT Studio
The future of broadcast is here, connecting physical with digital capabilities.
Our technical team stepped in to design, install, and commission the systems all while training Turner's teams in the day-to-day operation of the new facility. Utilizing the award-winning disguise range, over 270º of visual content wrapping around the entire studio can be captured.
The time for green screen workflows has come - more and more broadcast studios are realizing that the traditional way of capturing content is turning out to be a lengthy and costly process, limited in capabilities.
By combining projection mapping, usually found in the live events world, and LED display technology, the world of visual effect possibilities opens up. Both systems are communicating with each other, enabling the synchronization of graphic displays throughout the studio.
The entire studio was built in just under two months, right in time for the beginning of hockey season.
